If you think about it, it makes sense that they should offer you on-going support as an affiliate marketer because every time you sell something they make money too. It is in their interest to help you be good and stay good at it. If a company or marketer does not offer this, you need to ask yourself why. I am not saying that all affiliate marketing opportunities that do not offer on-going support are bad, I am just saying do your due diligence.

The great thing about the internet is that it makes it really hard for these people to continue to do this without getting caught. People will shout about it to anyone who will listen if they feel they have been ripped off. So it’s up to you to find out who is running the program you are considering and check them out. Contact them or their support desk, Google them and Facebook stalk them. An ethical marketer or company will be open and answer you and get back to you enquiries. People who have gone through their course or program will indicate whether it’s good or bad. Obviously no one can please everyone all the time so reputable businesses may have some disgruntled people, but if the evidence is overwhelmingly positive then take it on board. If you’re still not sure, keep investigating until you are. NEVER part with your money if you’re not 100% happy.
Creating a unique tracking ID for an Amazon link is easy. Simply log in to your Amazon affiliate dashboard, click “Account Settings” at the very top on the right, then click “Manage Tracking IDs”.
